SHIPPING COST

Our shipping costs are a flat rate of NZ$10 for all shipping.

Orders of 6 bottles and over qualify for FREE SHIPPING within the North Island.

South Island deliveries receive a flat rate of NZ$ 10.

Our Wine Club members enjoy free shipping on all purchases.

DELIVERY POLICY

From our NZ online site, we only deliver within New Zealand. If you would like wine to be delivered outside New Zealand, please contact us via email at [email protected] and we will gladly assist you. 

Our delivery times are 1-3 working days (North Island) and 2-3 working days (South Island). Rural deliveries may take an extra day. 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All deliveries within New Zealand are done by Aramex New Zealand direct to your door. The courier will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home, he or she will leave a card requesting that you contact the Courier office to arrange a suitable delivery time. We take no responsibility for loss of goods once delivered.

Any shortages or breakages must be reported to us within 24 hours by email at [email protected], quoting your receipt number.

Please note: All goods are insured up until the point of delivery; until a signature is obtained or wherever the goods are left as per your special delivery instructions.
