CURRENT VINTAGE: 2023 Escarpment Pinot Noir 

A lovely perfume springs out of the glass, with wild berries, thyme, forest floor and Chinese 5 spice. It is a complex wine with savoury nuances and further notes of charcuterie, orange skin and dark chocolate. The palate is taught and focused with herbs, spice and dried fruit. The tannins are ripe and true to the region, giving the wine shape and identity. The wine showcases the purity of the 2023 vintage. Wines that are elegant but still with depth, concentration and structure. It is medium bodied and a distinct expression of Martinborough Pinot Noir and the vintage.
