Always an exciting release, our Pinot Blanc is wonderfully expressive in it's youth. Lifted floral aromas are complemented by citrus, spice and melon, with an underlying savoury character adding depth. The palate has generous texture and weight, balanced by the gentle acidity and lovely softness characteristic of the variety. A distinctive alternative white wine, perfect as an aperitif or alongside white fish and other lighter dishes.
